Foundation Programme in Systemic Organisational Practice

  • Do you wish to synthesise approaches and methods of working to become more coherent in your choices and interventions? Here is your opportunity:

Foundation Programme in Systemic Organisational Practice 2010-11:
A course of 8 sessions aimed at managers, consultants and executive coaches who want to enhance their practice by reflecting on the dynamics of the systems they are working in and the systems they are creating, and by experimenting with new methods and intervention techniques. The group starts on Tuesday 21 September with an INTRO day 9.30am-5.30pm. It then meets every six weeks until July 2011 to work with systemic theories and applying these to organisational dilemmas using participants’ experience in an action learning way. We co-create a collaborative learning dynamic which is similar to team action learning. Contact Elspeth Campbell at elspeth@ozten.demon.co.uk or Teresa Norman teresa.norman@btinternet.com, and for more information go here.

    Total cost £1300.

With 2 additional coaching sessions £1600.

Certificate qualification: the Foundation and Advanced levels of this programme combined lead to a Certificate in Systemic Management and Organisation studies with Bedford University through KCCF.
CPD: these sessions are recognised and we issue certificates of completion. We can put you in touch with current programme participants to find out their experience of it. Current group members come from a range of functions and industry sectors and represent: BBC, Cazenove, RBS, Scottish Life, London Clinic, SMEs and Independent consultancy.
