Victoria Isaac joined Zoom after completing her masters in organisational psychology at City of London University. Vic produces insightful and valuable research reports and follow-up documentation and is fast developing her abilities in programme design and facilitation. Victoria has excellent interpersonal skills and a thorough understanding of business psychology both knowledge and practice. She is also a competent independent worker and a thoughtful and valued team player.

Victoria’s main passion in life has been the study of human behaviour from the time she left school, where she completed and thoroughly engaged in her undergraduate degree in psychology before moving on to her chosen specialist area. Victoria is a member of the British Psychological Society and has achieved her level A and level B (intermediate) certificates of competence in occupational testing. She aims to become a chartered occupational psychologist with expertise in all areas of organisational psychology. Victoria is constantly searching for the next challenge and thrives in an environment of fast paced learning and development where she is also able to be creative. Victoria lives in London.
