Coupled with a natural delivery style she is able draw out complex issues and help clients come to practical ‘real life’ solutions on an individual or organizational level. She is a very perceptive and accomplished coach helping senior managers and individuals develop their performance and potential. Successful careers in operational management lead Libby into the field of coaching and training, initially with The Body Shop. She has a successful track record as Learning and Development Manager for both Sainsbury’s and Argos. Libby lives in Buckinghamshire with her husband Mark and two sons and has been known to run the odd marathon! Libby holds a post-graduate degree in Personnel and Development is an accredited coach and an NLP Business Practitioner.
