Man In The Middle
In a nutshell:
John graduated with an honours degree in Sport Studies and spent over 20 years in the leisure industry. John is a former Group Operations Director who has contributed strategically at the most senior level and is renowned for demonstrating clarity of thought, with an ability to argue his case in a convincing and persuasive manner. An inspirational leader and a highly valued “team player” who knows his own mind, but whose cooperative and challenging style serves to realise the full potential of others. His ability to motivate and inspire large groups of people and multi-skilled teams is built upon three fundamental beliefs in people – but you’ll have to meet him to find out what they are! Passionate, sincere, with a large dollop of good humour!

Married with three children and living in the Worcestershire village that is the ‘fictional’ Ambridge in the famed radio soap ‘The Archers’. He continues to turn out for the Club’s Vets and also swims and cycles but hasn’t added the running lest he trounces his Zoom colleagues when he finally enters his first Triathlon!
