Using a combination of performance coaching and NLP, Glenn has a strong track record of helping others to achieve their hidden potential. As a facilitator Glenn draws on the language patterns and voice techniques of hypnosis to create deep rapport with an audience, whilst weaving patterns of new and exciting learning.

Glenn enjoyed a long and successful career in Electrical Engineering taking him from apprentice through to technician, to Project Engineer and finally as a Manager in the Automotive Industry. A high achiever, Glenn soon discovered his passion for coaching and mentoring others to higher levels of achievement. After discovering his own personal path Glenn made a life changing decision to commit his time to being a catalyst for others to enjoy the magical discoveries of personal growth. A keen property developer and stock market investor, Glenn is constantly finding ways in which to develop and challenge himself. He is a member of the Institute of Leadership and Management and holds a second degree black belt in Karate (avoid holding any bits of wood near him!!) Glenn lives in the West Midlands with his wife and two daughters.
