Diane is a distinguished Personal Development Coach accredited by the Institute of Human Development with extensive experience in one-to-one coaching and mentoring. She has a successful business working within both the private and public sector. Diane’s passion in life is to help others unlock their full potential. She specialises in career development, helping clients to recognise what their vision is for the future and working with them to achieve it. As well as her role as a Personal Development Coach she also has over 10 years marketing experience at a senior level within a FTSE 100 retailer. She has been responsible for a number of teams and is recognised as a ‘developer’ of people having supported key individuals in the business to perform at their highest level. In 2005 one of her clients was awarded ‘Rising Star of the Year’ at the Retail Week awards.

Diane brings to her coaching valuable experience of managing change within a business environment both to achieve operational efficiencies and cost savings. She has led several high profile projects to drive significant growth for Argos, the most notable being the launch of a new Home catalogue which involved leading and motivating a cross functional team to deliver a 340 page publication within 16 weeks of approval. In her spare time Diane is a keen cook and busy mother of 3 children. She’s also an avid reader of crime novels.
